2. Products & Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, and images accurately. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or printing processes.

Some products may be available on pre-order or marked as coming soon. Dispatch timelines for such products will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be completed in full at the time of checkout. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Please ensure that all order details, including shipping address and contact information, are accurate before placing the order. The Bookmark & Co will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via India Post unless stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery timelines:

3–4 business working days, or

Up to 7 days in some cases, depending on location and postal conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Damaged Products

We accept returns only in case of damaged products.

To be eligible for a return:

An unboxing video clearly showing the damage must be provided.

The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Approved returns must be shipped back to our office address at the customer’s expense. Once received and verified, a replacement product will be dispatched free of cost within 4–5 business days.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike, or minor variations in design or colour.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs — is the property of The Bookmark & Co and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Bookmark & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
