Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and confirmed,Β cancellation is not permitted.
Customers are requested to carefully review product details and shipping information before completing their purchase.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged during delivery.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be damaged at the time of delivery
A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory
The video must show:
The sealed package
The complete unboxing process
The damage clearly
Edited, cut, or incomplete videos will not be accepted
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Requests without valid visual proof will not be considered
Return Process
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Unboxing video
Order details
Once approved, the product must be shipped back to our office address
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
After receiving and verifying the returned product, a replacement will be shipped free of cost
Replacement Timeline
Replacement orders will be dispatched within 4β5 business days after approval
Delivery time may vary based on location and logistics availability

Normal wear and tear

No unboxing video provided
